began her journey as a practitioner, teacher and healer in 1972. She empowers individuals and groups to take control of their bodies, minds and lives while improving their overall wellness. Joan is a Certified Professional Yoga Therapist and Kripalu Yoga Instructor. As a Master Yoga Educator she uses many different yoga practices to inspire and empower students to breathe better, move better and live fuller richer lives. Joan teaches to groups and one‐on‐one using Integrative Yoga Therapeutics, Ayurvedic‐Assessment and Consultations preparing individual wellness plans of action, stress management, meditation and guided imagery.
Joan is a Reiki Master and offers Reiki Level I, II and III (master) training and attunements.
She has logged over 3,500 hours teaching yoga teachers and more than 10,500 hours teaching yoga, giving private lessons and conducting workshops.
Joan is Program Director and lead educator for an Integrative Yoga Therapy 200 hour teacher training program. She also is a long time mentor with Integrative Yoga Therapy and adjunct faculty with Discovery Yoga and Bliss Yoga Shala Teacher Training Programs and workshops.
As part of her ongoing mission to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, she develops and teaches many special interest programs and lessons. She has become well known for her therapeutic programs to address challenges such as: anxiety, arthritis, chronic back pain, Multiple Sclerosis, Sciatica, Scoliosis (adolescents and adults), insomnia and irritable bowel syndrome. Some of these programs offer continuing education to yoga teachers. She finds special joy in working with boomers. Joan is a contributor to articles in nationally distributed magazines.
Joan teaches workshops and programs including “Therapeutic Yoga for Breast Cancer Survivors" "Stress Managemant for healthcare Professionals" and “Happy Spine Yoga” for Radiant Wellness at hospitals, businesses, schools, conferences and not‐for‐profit organizations.
She volunteers her time delivering educational workshops and lectures at hospitals, hospice, cancer support groups and other support groups.
Joan and her husband enjoy the outdoors hiking, birding and bicycling. They participate in annual silent meditation retreats.

James P. Ryan, BS C Ht, E-RYT 200 a certified hypnotist and Integrative Yoga Therapy teacher. He began his personal yoga practice in 1991. After completing the Integrative Yoga Therapy 200 hour program, Jim began teaching in 2002. He has designed and presented programs with special focus on hips, shoulders and back. He has special in depth training in Yoga Nidra which he shares with his students.

Jim has studied and practiced hypnotism for over 50 years. Jim tutored classmates in academics and sports improvement in high school and college. Later he studied with Gerald Kein and Don Motton. Jim studied hypnosis to work with the terminally ill with Steve Parkhill. Jim offers private, group and remote hypnosis sessions. Jim is a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnosis Association and the National Guild of Hypnotists.
As Program Director for Radiant Wellness Hypnosis Institute he offers Hypnotist training for certification and membership into Natioanl Guild of Hypnotists and International Medical and Dental Hynotherapists Association. www.rwhypnosis.com.
